Scope
Landscaping of all shared areas of a gated compound, phased to follow the construction handover of each block so that finished planting was never used as a site route.

- Avenue planting of jacaranda along the main internal road
- 5,600 m² of lawn to shared garden areas

- Play area with shade trees and soft ground preparation

Irrigation
Compound-wide automatic system on eleven zones from a central plant room, with individual isolating valves per block so maintenance never interrupts the whole site.
Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance contract with the owners association: weekly visits, monthly reporting, and a dedicated crew that knows the site.
