What we do with your details
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it or send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or ask for a quotation, we receive what you type into it: your name, your phone number, your e-mail address if you give one, the location and size of the site, which service you are asking about, and your message.
The quotation form also lets you attach photographs of your site. These are optional. If you send them, they are stored on the same server as the rest of the enquiry and are seen only by the people who prepare your quotation. Please do not include photographs of other people, or of anything you would not want a contractor to see.
Our server keeps the ordinary technical record every website keeps: the address your request came from and the time of it. That is used to keep the site working and to block abuse of the forms.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of work we have quoted for. A landscaping quotation is often revisited months later, which is why we do not delete enquiries the moment they are answered.
Who sees it
Our own staff. We do not pass enquiries to other companies.
The site runs on hosted servers, so the hosting provider necessarily stores the data on our behalf. If you press the WhatsApp button you leave this site and your message is handled by WhatsApp under their own terms, not ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and any photographs sent with them are kept while they are useful to the job, and reviewed periodically. Ask us to remove yours and we will, unless there is a live contract that depends on it.
Asking us to delete it
Write to info@greenpassionlb.com or call +961 70 305052 or +961 70 403951, and say which enquiry you mean. We will confirm once it is gone.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, which keeps your session while you use a form so that a submission is not lost or sent twice. It carries no advertising identifier. Signing in to the administration area sets the same kind of cookie for staff.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update this page. It was last revised in September 2026.
This is a plain description of what the site does, not legal advice. If your business needs a notice drafted to a particular jurisdiction, have a lawyer review it.
